The Muslim Brotherhood is 50 years into a 100-year plan to “transform Western society from within” by infiltrating US colleges as well as other institutions, according to a new scathing report from the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP), titled “The Muslim Brotherhood’s Strategic Entryism into Western Society: A Systematic Analysis.”
Conquering America from within
The lengthy report came out on Wednesday, and it is calling for the US to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization to help stop it from infecting all aspects of American life before it’s too late. It has slithered into government agencies, been involved in advising American civil rights policy, infiltrated educational institutions, and created a vast social media footprint, according to the report. It has also targeted the State Department, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Justice, through career appointments and advisory roles.
Fox News reported that it “draws from internal Brotherhood documents, such as the ‘1982 Project’ and ‘1991 Explanatory Memorandum’ and makes the case that Western freedoms have been systematically leveraged to advance Islamist ideological goals as the group continues its five-decade plan to embed itself in the United States.”
And the Brotherhood is using the same funding sources we always see behind terrorism, per Fox News:
The report dives deep into alleged terror ties within the group along with various funding sources from places like Qatar while making the case that both al-Qaeda and the Brotherhood “share the strategic aim” of establishing an Islamic state government by sharia and differing only in tactics where the Brotherhood’s “gradualism allows it to maintain ideological continuity with militant jihad while avoiding direct confrontation.”
“We are now 50 years into the Brotherhood’s 100-year plan to entrench themselves into key institutions in the United States and other Western societies to undermine and destroy our democracy,” ISGAP’s director, Dr. Charles Asher Small, bluntly stated in the report.
“This is not simply a political movement but a transnational ideological project that adapts itself to Western systems while working to undermine them,” he elaborated.
Infiltration at every level
The 200-page report reveals the Brotherhood’s “civilization jihad” strategy. It involves infiltrating both educational institutions and government agencies. It is the same playbook the communist Chinese are using.
Universities are targeted as an “important strategic arena” for the group’s efforts because young Americans are easily swayed by groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Muslim Students Association (MSA), which operates chapters on more than 600 college campuses — including Columbia University and NYU — serves as “the primary vehicle for campus influence,” the report alleges.
The report claims too that the Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) group — which “cooperates with the MSA” — has been “particularly effective in advancing Brotherhood objectives” tied to the Israel-Hamas war.
SJP has been involved in a spate of protests at Columbia’s campus, including the violent Hamilton Hall riot in April last year.
This is a dangerous national security threat that has spread across the nation via college campuses with the help of radical anti-Semitic leftists.
“Designation as a terror organization is essential to safeguard our freedom and way of life, and we must deal with the entryist damage that has already been done,” Small contended.
“The Brotherhood has learned to use the very freedoms of democracy as tools to erode it from within, exploiting the tolerance and openness of liberal societies as strategic vulnerabilities. This report lays out how, and what must now be done to defend our democracy,” he added.
Designated terrorist organizations
The detailed report came out the day after Texas Governor Greg Abbott designated both the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as foreign terrorist organizations, which bans them from purchasing land in the Lone Star State.

CAIR, one of the largest Muslim civil rights groups in the nation, was behind a push to award $1,000 to anti-Israel agitators who spread disruption at US colleges and were punished by authorities, The Post revealed earlier this week.
The cash was doled out to students who faced penalties for leading pro-Palestinian protests before and after the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas attack against Israel, according to a bombshell report by the Network Contagion Research Institute and the Intelligent Advocacy Network.
The funds were awarded from a “Champions of Justice Fund,” which was set up by CAIR’s California chapter as “institutional endorsement,” the report claimed.
On the Brotherhood:
The Brotherhood, founded in Egypt in 1928, is a transnational Sunni Islam group that began as a religious and social organization before entering the political arena following World War II and the founding of Israel — gaining support and influence following Israel’s defeat of Arab nations in the 1967 Six-Day War.
Hamas, which carried out the Oct. 7 attack, was established in 1987 from Brotherhood-affiliated charities and other social institutions in the Gaza Strip.
Its leaders insist it renounced violence decades ago and seek to set up Islamic rule through elections and other peaceful means.
The labeling of both groups as terrorist organizations is long, long overdue. They have already done a great deal of damage in the US, and they have weaponized our Constitutional freedoms against us.
ISGAP research fellow Dalia Ziada isn’t buying the Brotherhood’s claims.
“It is an organized, multi-generational project to manipulate Western democracies and silence moderate Muslim voices, often powered by the ideological and financial backing of Qatar,” Ziada asserted.
“The Brotherhood’s networks are not self-sustaining; they are nourished by a state that exports its worldview through funding, education, and media influence,” she noted.
“The United States must act now, with clarity and courage, to protect both its values and its Muslim citizens from this ideological hijacking. Designation is a key step, but it’s not enough. It must be the beginning of a process,” Ziada insisted.
Our own political leaders are promoting the Muslim Brotherhood
The ISGAP report lists multiple elected politicians who are potentially advancing the Muslim Brotherhood’s goals within the government.
“The election and re-election of congresswomen such as Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), who have openly defended positions aligned with Brotherhood perspectives on Israel, counterterrorism, and international relations, demonstrates the intersection of identity politics and Brotherhood narratives,” the report claims.
“While neither congresswoman has a documented formal affiliation with the Muslim Brotherhood, both have appeared at events organized by Brotherhood-aligned organizations, have received campaign support from Brotherhood-aligned donors, and have consistently advocated positions aligned with Brotherhood objectives,” it charges.
The national security threat from Islamists is real and spreading like an unchecked cancer across our nation. We must take a stand against radical Islam and stop its move to conquer us from within because Americans will not quietly bow to Islam. It will provoke a civil war and bloodshed. The very core of our Republic is now at stake.
