Literal cover-up: Biden judge orders federal prison system to let Islamic terrorist violate security protocols

Ruling claims existence of photograph without hijab ‘substantially burdens’ religious exercise

A federal judge appointed by Joe Biden has ordered the federal Bureau of Prisons to submit to Islam and allow a woman convicted of terrorism to hide her features behind a hijab in all official prison records.

The stunning decision came in a long-fought case brought by Muna Jama, aided by the Council on American-Islamic Relations, against the prison system.

She was convicted and sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for conspiracy to provide material support to the Somali terrorist organization al-Shabaab by running an online network to raise money and turn it over to the terror group for jihadist plots, military operations and more.

When she arrived in the BOP, her photograph was taken, for identification purposes, security and records, without her head covering.

But she sued, claiming that security agenda, which also includes banning hats for inmates, violated her rights.

It is government watchdog Judicial Watch that describes the events.

The report explains CAIR, a radical Muslim charity that was named as a co-conspirator in a federal terror-finance case involving the Hamas front group Holy Land Foundation, went to court on behalf of the terrorist, “asserting that the prison system’s policy is unconstitutional and violates her religious rights.”

The Islamists claimed forcing the convicted extremist to remove her hijab, photographing her uncovered and requiring her to carry that uncovered photo on an ID she must present throughout the prison everyday is a violation of federal law.

They alleged Jama’s faith requires her to always wear a hijab when she is in mixed-gender spaces outside of her immediate family, and that her religious beliefs are deeply rooted in Islamic texts and teachings.

CAIR claimed appearing in public or being photographed without the covering and having that photo accessible to strangers is a serious breach of Jama’s faith and deeply humiliating.

Jeffrey M. Bryan, a Biden-appointed federal judge in Minnesota, agreed.

He ordered that she must be allowed, in violation of security protocols, to wear her head cover and all photographs of her without must be destroyed.

“The retention of Jama’s uncovered photo further substantially burdens Jama’s religious exercise because the photo’s mere existence means a non-familial male could potentially view the photo, thereby violating Jama’s religious beliefs,” the judge claimed.

Judicial Watch reported, “The case is the latest of many in which CAIR has altered the way American law enforcement agencies do their job. Years ago, an Atlanta jail caved into CAIR’s demand that Muslim inmates be allowed to wear hijabs.”

Further, the report noted under Barack Obama, the Federal Bureau of Investigation purged anti-terrorism training curricula of material coined “offensive” to Muslims.
