Geert Wilders, the lion of the Netherlands, has done it again.
On June 3, 2025, Wilders withdrew his Party for Freedom (PVV) from Prime Minister Dick Schoof’s fragile cabinet, triggering the collapse of the Dutch government. The political class is wailing, the media is foaming at the mouth, and progressives are spinning fairytales to make Wilders the villain of the story.
But for anyone paying attention, it’s clear: Wilders didn’t betray the Dutch people. He defended them.
Let’s be honest, this was never a functioning government. It was a trap, designed to neutralize Wilders, not to implement change. The so-called “unity” cabinet was held hostage by political saboteurs like Pieter Omtzigt (NSC) and the VVD, who spent every waking moment blocking Wilders from exercising power, despite PVV’s historic victory last November.
The Dutch voted for immigration control. Instead, they got more open borders, more lawlessness, and more Islamic parallel societies multiplying like wildfire across the country. And Wilders, ever the realist, refused to lend his name to a government that betrayed its own mandate.
He offered a 10-point plan to rescue the country from mass migration. The NSC and VVD rejected it. So Wilders walked. That is what leadership looks like.
Progressives Are Celebrating? Let Them.
The far left is dancing in the streets. They believe this is their moment to regain control. Let them dance. These are the same elites who merged the Labor Party (PvdA) with the radical, Green-Left communists (GL), turning what was once a workers’ party into a madrassa for anti-Semitism and Sharia appeasement.
These people don’t care about Dutch sovereignty, safety, or sanity. Their new base isn’t the working man; it’s the imported vote bank of Islamic migrants who demand blasphemy laws, hate Israel, and view women as property.
And they wonder why the country is crumbling?
Omtzigt’s Implosion Proves Wilders Was Right
Let’s talk about Pieter Omtzigt, the man who could have been a kingmaker but chose instead to become a saboteur. His obsessive hatred of Wilders led him to destroy his own political future. He rejected Wilders as Prime Minister, blocked PVV appointees, and then handed the job to Dick Schoof, a bureaucratic ghost who inspired exactly no one.
And what did Omtzigt gain for his petty vendetta? Nothing. He’s out of politics. His party, NSC, is dead in the water, polling at zero seats. That’s not a slump. That’s political vaporization.
The Media Will Blame Wilders – Good
Every major outlet is already screeching: “Wilders broke the cabinet!” “Wilders can’t govern!” “Wilders is dangerous!” To which the Dutch people should say: Good.
This is the same media that told them mass migration was a blessing, Islamic parallel societies were “cultural enrichment,” and Dutch identity was a relic of the past.
The people have had enough. They voted for change. Not slow change. Not compromised change. Real change.
Geert Wilders gave them honesty and action.
America, Pay Attention

Wilders’ move was necessary. Staying in a dead-end coalition that served globalism and open borders would have been the real betrayal.
And let’s not forget: this cabinet was always meant to fail. It was a temporary Frankenstein monster created to delay the inevitable: a Dutch government that actually listens to the Dutch people.
Now that it’s over, the choice is clearer than ever.
Will the Netherlands fall back into the hands of communist-green Islamic supremacists and globalist quislings?
Or will it finally give Geert Wilders the mandate he needs and the power he deserves to save the country?
The next election may provide the answer to that question. And if there’s any justice left in Europe, the answer will be Wilders.
