In a political landscape gripped by denial and fear of public backlash, one elected official is daring to speak the truth about the rising tide of Islamic violence and ideological conquest…and he’s not whispering.
Congressman Randy Fine, who recently won the special election to fill Florida’s 6th Congressional District seat, is sounding the alarm. In an exclusive interview with Mishpacha Magazine, Fine lays out what he sees as the gravest threat to American civilization — and warns that unless the country wakes up and takes bold, unapologetic action, the West will fall.
“Violent Islam is not the exception. Peaceful Islam is the exception. We have gotten it entirely wrong.”
This statement by Rep. Fine, echoed in his detailed and candid responses, goes far beyond political rhetoric. It’s a call to confront what he identifies as a cultural, civilizational, and strategic threat, fueled by decades of Western denial, weakness, and appeasement.
A Cesspool of Evil — And a Refusal to Name It
Responding to the deadly May 2025 shooting of two Jewish Americans by a pro-Palestinian activist outside the National Museum of American Jewish History in Washington, D.C., Fine issued a blunt diagnosis:
“There is a fundamentally broken culture that is fundamentally built on evil… Sometimes you must defeat evil, and we as a society have been unwilling to do that. In fact, we have coddled it.”
“We have a Muslim problem.”
He adds that the perpetrators of atrocities like the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel weren’t outliers. They represented a much broader ideological current:
“The vast majority of the people who engaged in atrocities on October 7 were not card-carrying members of Hamas… The problem is not Hamas. The problem is Gaza. The problem is Arabs.”
CAIR, Campus Jihad, and the Death of Accountability
Fine doesn’t stop with naming the external threat. He pinpoints the domestic infrastructure that, he says, enables and protects it:
“The civil rights organization for Muslims in the United States is CAIR. It is unquestionably a terrorist organization, a terrorist front.”
“The leader of CAIR stood up after October 7 and talked about how happy it made him — and he still has the job.”
He goes further, attacking the idea that violent Islam is a fringe element:
“It’s not an extremist element — violent Islam is mainstream.”
And the institutions spreading this ideology? American universities, funded by taxpayers, Fine says:
“In the United States, the nexus of Muslim terror is in our universities.”
“We paid for him [the Washington D.C. terrorist] to be brainwashed. And we’ve got to stop it.”
Stop Funding Terror. Stop Apologizing. Start Winning.
Congressman Fine is calling for a total rethinking of America’s relationship with the Islamic world and its ideological agents:
“It is not the West’s job to feed terrorists. It is not the West’s job to provide electricity to terrorists. It is not the West’s job to provide water to terrorists. It is the West’s job to do one thing and one thing only: win.”
“If you use human shields, that’s your problem, not ours… If you don’t want a war, don’t take hostages.”
On immigration and student visas, Fine calls for sweeping action:
“No more foreigners at our universities. If you come to our country to get an education, you should keep your mouth shut. Get your education and leave.”
“Expel them all. They agreed not to protest. It’s in the paperwork they signed.”
A Civilizational Clash — and a Choice to Make
Fine repeatedly emphasizes that the West must stop pretending it shares values with those who openly seek its destruction:
“There is evil in this world, we do not share the same values, and all cultures are not equal.”
“One side is going to win. You listen to a lot of these imams in the United States — they talk about the caliphate, sharia law, and conquest… and our side chooses to say, ‘Oh, they don’t mean it.’”
“Western civilization is at real risk. I’m going to fight for it to survive.”
Legislation in Florida — and a National Model
Before joining Congress, Fine served in the Florida Senate, where he spearheaded legislation cracking down on anti-Semitism and disruptive demonstrations:
“We said, ‘If you target someone because they’re wearing a kippah, it’s a hate crime.’”
“If you encounter a street demonstration in Florida and somebody is blocking the street, you can run them over.”
Fine pledges to bring this same uncompromising approach to national policy.
The Voice We Need — Before It’s Too Late
In today’s political climate, even suggesting that Islam has anything to do with terrorism gets you smeared. But Congressman Randy Fine is refusing to play by those rules. He’s telling the truth and demanding action while others offer excuses.
“Yeah, it is time to acknowledge that there is a Muslim problem in America. That does not mean every Muslim is a problem.”
But as he makes clear, denying the scope of the threat is what will destroy us.
